Lyrics
FELLINI'S
Ladies & Gentlemen, welcome to Fellini's....where all your dreams come true!!
Russian Czars with Chinese maids
Pushing dangerous spiked Kool-Aid
Roller skating dancing bears
Trained to sneak up unawares
Pregnant moms in thong bikinis
Leading throngs with teeny weenies
Homeless sporting mansion houses
Human fire hydrant spouses
Carry trays of odds and ends
With double meanings that transcend
CHORUS
CARNIVAL BARKERS CALLING YOUR NAME
TONIGHT YOUR LIFE WON'T BE THE SAME
MYSTERIOUS FREAKS HAVING THEIR WAY
FELLINI'S THE PLACE FOR FUN AND PLAY
(Brief instrumental interlude)
Hobos rich in bubble baths
Brandish gums with vicious wrath
Screaming babes in Mozart wigs
Just one of their many gigs
Men with afros playing taps
Wearing graduation caps
Turtle plastered mustard cakes
Brandishing disgusted fakes
Exchanging sex behind closed doors
Fluffing blankets washing whores
(REPEAT CHORUS)
BRIDGE
High waisted midgets wearing red shorts
Bright purple widgets sequined with quartz
Rag tag assortment of purple blue haze
Whispering visions through chemical gaze
(REPEAT CHORUS)
Songwriter's inspiration: In my college years in the 1970's, being heavily into filmmaking and cinema studies, I naturally studied the works of the Italian master Federico Fellini. More recently, comedian Bill Hader's flamboyantly gay NYC night club reviewer "Stefon" on the Weekend Update section of SNL was at once both brilliant and hysterical. Please see example here:

The combination of these two life experiences inspired me to write Fellini's, a satirical spoof of an outrageous, over the top New York City night club with crazy characters as if they stepped right out of a Fellini film into a night club called, of course, Fellini's. Federico Fellini's films often satirically spoofed the decadent lifestyle of the rich and famous and here my singing/producer/collaborator Adrenax has infused precisely the circus like atmosphere I designed!
