Yes, there is a HUGE story behind this song, and hopefully someday, it will be realized... We should by now be well beyond the evolution of color and race and even MONEY! Yes I said that, we should be past many petty things that we are all hung up on these days which are really holding us back as a world of human beings! I don't believe we should have these stupid problems of color of skin, and male/female type of problems! Its frankly getting pretty damn boring waiting for everyone else to catch up and evolve past all that petty crap!! We're human beings!! We aren't representing ourselves very well in the Universe of intelligent life, if we are still creating things that can destroy our World over and over again!! I guess I have a different perception of what I believe Intelligent Being should mean I guess, I don't know. But as long as we create things that are made for harming another, then we aren't as smart as we are fooling ourselves into thinking we are! This song is a lot about that kind of thing among other things as well.
