Story Behind The Song
The title "Hell Week" refers to the last week of college hazing rituals on campus. We recorded this song in October 1987 nearing Halloween to submit to University of Miami's college radio Station (WVUM - The Voice) The song is an all in fun Halloween take on 'Hell Week' and their popular on campus meeting place called 'The Rathskeller' (fondly referred to on campus as the "Rat")We conceived and produced the song in one night.
