Story Behind The Song
Song happened pretty quickly. I had the line "I wish I had a dollar for every dime I ever had" sitting around for about 10 years, but once I messed around with the basic progression and plugged that line in, the song wrote itself pretty fast.
Song Description
Do you wish you had more money? Us too. Yes, it's that simple. We defy you to not tap your toes if you listen to the whole song. I mean, don't be a dick about it, just give it a chance and see if you're tapping.

Lyrics
30 days sober and 20 drunk
Those 50 days are all mixed up
6-packs and 8-balls cost too much
1 little ticket gives me a rush
7-11s have everything
Sugar, booze, smokes, pornography
4 deadly sins are useless to me
Just need lust, greed and gluttony
(chorus)
If I play the lottery, I'd be rich as I could be
Happiness ain't guaranteed, but things never get that bad
All of you probably agree, so repeat it after me:
I wish I had just one dollar
For every dime I ever had
I've done it all and most of it's wrong
Manual labor when I'm not strong
9 to 5 jobs didn't last that long
Stocks and horses that I bet on
All those investments with no return
The times in Vegas when I've been burned
The only thing that I've ever learned
Money won's sweeter than money earned
(chorus)
My credit score and my IQ
Are roughly about the same
I just want more, well wouldn't you
But why do I play this stupid game
(chorus)
