Story Behind The Song
Lee & I were simply inspired to write a tune about how to tell someone, who you love or care, that their mouth is always yapping and that its time to "put a cork in it" 'cause we're tired of listening to their motor mouth all the time.
Song Description
Stop talking, and use your body language! The title says it all! Great novelty/fun song.

Lyrics
I love you honey
But you talk too much
I wanna reach you
But you're out of touch
Stick a cork in it
Cause I've had enough
I love you honey
But you talk too much
You used to be such a sweet, shy innocent thing
Now tell me baby, was it me that taught you to sing?
Cause you're going a mile a minute
Rambling like a runaway train
I've gotta pull up on the brake
Cause your lip is gonna drive me insane (chorus)
Chorus:
I love you honey
But you talk too much
I wanna reach you
But you're out of touch
Put a lid on it
Now that ain't so tough
I love you honey
But you talk too much
I try to please you
But you've always got something to say
When I'm looking for affection
Words just get in the way
Now if you're gonna speak up
Then tell me what you're trying to prove
C'mon let's get back down to business
And keep that tounge in the groove (chorus)
Now talk is cheap, but honey
Time is money to me
My meter's running
And this ride ain't coming for free (solo)
Let our bodies do the talking
Give that motor mouth a rest
Let my fingers do the walking
So you can stop and catch your breath (chorus / ending)
