Story Behind The Song

Myself and my good friend, Ivan Coulter were out on the town in Paris and it was shaping up to be a quiet one. We had spent most of the evening admiring the Dutch-Puerto Rican barmaid. The bar closed and we were heading out the door to go home when the staff gave us a bottle of Jack Daniels and invited us back to a party. There, we drank the night away watching Amber dance. Finally someone opened the shutters and it was broad daylight. We staggered home on the metro along with the Parisiens all going to work. When we got back instead of going to bed like normal people, we wrote this song.
