Story Behind The Song
"Procrastinator" : From the Lyricist : What more do you need to get motivated than a self kick in the posterior? Lyrically, Procrastinator is both a reminder to keep moving in the direction you're heading, the straight road, ignore the cul-de-sacs. Also an idealistic approach to changing some of the grander issues facing the planet and its inhabitants. "What are we dealing now, hurting the gentle, freedom's outta style" through poverty, pollution, censorship and basically a media machine keeping people anaesthetised, docile and in the dark, like cattle. People don't need someone selling them a religion, any more than the giant moneyholders of the globe need or desire to see a clean energy solution. As for poverty, there's always something that can be done but greed and gluttony seem to kill off any resolve that might be had. It's up to the individual to decipher and choose the truth of these matters over what you're told to believe. Disclaimer : Almost all of my lyrics are purposefully written for the listener to have the freedom to adopt their own meaning.

"Procrastinator" Lyrics (c) M. Anderson 2010 - Music (c) Tranzphat
What have we done?
It took us treason
What of the cheated loss and imposing cost on the world
What are we dealing now, hurting the gentle
Freedom's out of style
Outta style...
So you're sitting around to freeze the light, to wait upon the bell
Welcome to Hell
Throw your junkyard reasons out the way...
Well, it doesn't seem long
So other than sit around and sing about all these things that
should be screamed aloud!!
Right fuckin' now
Tonight I'm gonna feed control as always, out of hand
What did you learn?
Throw these junkyard reasons out the way...
You're still sitting around go sieze the light and break apart the bell
Welcome to Hell
Throw your junkyard reasons out the way
Tonight, tonight... Welcome to Hell
and take the whole thing with you...
