I like the lead vocals and the sound of the drums and the keyboards as well - sounds a little like the Davy Jones of the Monkees.

I really like the steel guitar in this song. This is a nice 6/8 track supported by piano, steel guitar, bass and drums. It has a good flow and prosody. The intro is short and sets up the 6/8 feel nicely. It has that Seals and Croft musical feel to it which I like. The piano and steel solo works well. The hook is being hammered pretty good as well leaving no doubt that the title is 'Praises and Promises'. Nice work.

That was a nice hook praises and promises, very memorable. I liked the song, it flowed well, it had a positive message.

Very good overall. I liked the harmony with alternating male and female vocalists. Very enjoyable to listen to. Very commercial. The religious side is there, but it has a potential dual meaning of praises and promises to a lover as well i.e. roses and diamonds. Strong hook - nice work here. Professional recording quality. Arrangement is very good.

Nice hook--praises and promises. Good writing. The vocals seemed to get a little lost in the mix. I wonder what it would sound like with just a piano? I bet pretty good. Good song.
