Story Behind The Song
I am touring OZ with a circus in a big top. I have not been having a good time on tour. I am at the end of my theather with a person who has been very distructive for me. I need to leave the show. I am crying. Not even in the loo but the portaloo- it is not glamorous and i got to get on stage and make it look glamorous -
Song Description
This is a happy song about crying in a portaloo. Not even a real loo but a plastic dirty portaloo. I wanted the chorus to be happy sounding and the words to be talking about a nervous breakdown. It is this contradiction that makes it work. The backing singers are cheeky they tell me to take pills so i can cope better with the situation of touring with a circus that is falling apart at the seems. I wanted it to be so country it was almost a parody of country. Sterriotypically country!

Lyrics
Cryin in the portaloo again
thought you were my lover
but you weren't even my friend
and my shoes are dirty
my mascara's run
and i gota get on stage
and make it look fun
cause the show o wow o wow
has gota go wow o wow on
Crying in the portaloo again
thought that i loved you
but i was just feeding my pain
when the show is over take the big top down
and put it in the van and travel around
cause the
show o wow o wow
has gota go wow o wow on
Chorus
a little nervous break down
before lunchtime
always helps in the afternoon
when i lay my head down
at the end of the day
well the shadows won't go
BVS
she should get some calms or diazepam
Well I'm crying in the portaloo again
thought that i loved you but i was just feedings my pain
and when the war is over we can all go home
and continue shopping till the memories go
casuse the show o wow o wow
has got a go o wow o wow o wow on
