Wayne Pearson is a songwriter/producer/engineer who is also the lead singer and guitarist in the Jazz/Blues group Blues-a-Nova. Wayne's original compositions have no limitations. From rockin', blues-inspired numbers to pensive, classically-influenced instrumentals, Wayne's music cannot be measured as belonging to any single style. Wayne has produced two CDs to date. Hopscotch and Other Games is a collection of original jazz and blues that Wayne and the group recorded in 1998. Songs For All Seasons (2002) is a collection of original instrumentals that range from soft, pensive Scottish ballads of spring to dark and forboding songs of winter. Wayne is currently touring the Mid-Atlantic region with Blues-a-Nova as an electric trio and an acoustic duo.
