Bio
Faltones started in December 2007 as a compilation of broken dreams which were trying to break free within southern melodies, considering the stylistic variety and listener..s liking that Pedro (nowadays, lead vocalist and second guitarist) was always trying to keep. In October 2006, the first seed of the band was born: Manuel Goiburu (lead guitars), Manuel Mondéjar (drums) and Pedro Alarcón (bass and vocals). After several months of rehearsals, Arturo Carmona made his first appearance as a substitute for Manuel Goiburu, during the summer 2007. Once the autumn started, Manuel came back and María Romero got into the band as the new bassist, so Pedro could concentrate on his voice. The new Faltones started as Manuel Goiburu and Manuel Mondéjar left the band at the end of the year. Then, Arturo rejoined Pedro and María, due to the decline and definitive dissolution of Sinesthesia (the band he belonged to at that moment). Nevertheless, there was still a musician left so, in April 2008, Jose (Sinesthesia) exchanged the microphone for the sticks and decided to help them to make this dream become true. Once again, summer brought new changes: María left the band and Luis Miguel Manzanares filled the vacancy. Some performances were done along the country and they started recording their first Ep "Lostown", mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios and released on June 2009. More than 2000 copies of this record were delivered in Ciudad Real. From that moment on, several interviews for the main rock magazines (such as Heavy Rock, Kerrang!, Rock Estatal...) and radios in Spain were done. Some time afterwards, Luis Miguel left the band, so Jose Vinuesa joined them as the new bassist for the new tour, which started in October 2009.
