Billy Matthews is a musician, songwriter and artist manager from Glasgow, Scotland. He's been playing and writing for many years now across a huge variety of genres. His current musical project is OneDay40, a mix of freat musicianship and very pleasant songwriting. Before that he wa a key member of Evangeline, Scotland's top new country band, where he played bass, a great gig which took him to Nashville and LA, as well as a performance Scotland's national football stadium. He is a keen songwriter, with 4 cuts on the last Evangeline album, and works with a diverse cross section of co-writers. He considers himself lucky to be blessed with a combination of creativity, common sense, and business ability, and is grateful for the time that people spend listening to his and his collaborators music.
