Terry LaMont performs solo to packed house concerts, intimate listening rooms, and even an occasional almost-rowdy bar crowd with friends from his Texas roots. He is a sought-after guest in many venues, and is regarded as one of the most delightful performers in the LaGrande area. Terry's easy manner in front of an audience convinces you that playing his guitar and singing his songs is an effortless and second-nature activity.

Terry's career has run the gamut starting with a stint in the 1970s with the infamous EMS band. He then spent much of the 1980s performing as the bass player for the Issac Payton Sweat Band" and packing the Tin Hall circuit and many other clubs throughout the greater Texas area. In the 1990s, he released a Duo album, "The Mangles" then his fourth in 2001 and his most recent (and most acclaimed) fifth album, "Puerta Vallarta," in 2012.
