As a kid, I was always climbing trees, body surfing, on trampolines - I simply couldn't get enough. One day I learned 3 chords on a guitar and all that energy was focused on songwriting!
That journey took me to 28 years at Warner Bros. Records, and then to creating the collaborative songwriter site SONGSINC, which for 8 years provided instrumental assets to songwriters from TrackOwners, and paid royalties and established co-writer/publisher share of every new "song" (new melody & lyric) to our members. The end result in that venture: Over 1,725 new songs, 128 placements, 3 indie cuts and many major holds. A priceless experience!
In 2013, I was diagnosed with breast cancer (now cancer free!), and decided 2018 would be the time for me to return to where it all began; to the day I learned 3 chords and became a Songwriter.
It's been a great ride that always brings me to one conclusion: In doing what I love with faith, desire, and hard work, the outcome always is WHAT IT SHOULD BE.
