Concert pianist-composer Irwin Sandora was born in Hungary. After graduating in one of Europe's leading music conservatory,he has received a scholarship for 3 years for further studies in the United States, studying piano and conducting. He has won numerous prizes at music competitions in Hungary, USA, Portugal. As soloist performed in most countries in Europe, in the US, Japan, Australia, made recordings for Swedish and Hungarian labels. Featured in BBC Radio, Radio New Zealand, Hungarian Radio, ABC Melbourne, most important venues: Palace of the Arts in Budapest, Carnegie Hall New York, Oji Hall Tokyo, St Johns at Smith Square London... At the age of 35 he started composing music for video games by becoming a member of a BAFTA award winner music team of Digital Reality,and later for animation films. His music is versatile, ranging from classical to funk or pop and he is always open to experiment within new genres. In 2015 he started to work under a writer name, I. Sandora.
