Rick is a versatile composer,arranger and working guitarist,with wide-ranging experience both gigging and as a studio artist fluent in rock,R&B,country,folk,reggae,and jazz idioms. He has toured with Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame star Ben.E.King("Stand by Me") and Country Music Hall of Fame member Bobby Helms("Jingle Bell Rock"). He has opened for acts as diverse as John Hartford,Jesse Winchester,the Ink Spots,Teddy Pendergrass and Toots and the Maytals. He wrote and recorded an original score for "Mercy on the Doorstep" which played Off-Broadway at the Flea Theater in NYC in 2006,and several of his tracks have been used in local("Latin Lifestyles"-West Coast) and national("Highway Hangouts"-the History Channel) T.V.He is presently working as arranger,musician,and engineer on two cds.
He composed an original score for "Safe Harbor", a video released in June 2009.
