David K. Chong (a.k.a. Matt Makaha) is a songwriter/composer/producer born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  In 2007, he had his song "I almost said I loved you" placed in the ABC TV soap opera "One Life To Live." He has had songs licensed to Private WAVs, IFMP, Platinum Music (UK), Daddy Jack Music, Pump Audio, and Audiosparx.
