Honestly, I've been singing standards my whole life, but I'm more likely to be known for belting out the blues, rock, and soul with The Clyde Stubblefield All Stars than for crooning Cole Porter. These days, I'm doing both and having a blast. Singing jazz standards allows me to be sultry and soft, and really get into the lyrics. It allows me to take my time and express myself in a way that the rest doesn't. My latest album "I am a delicate flower" was a lifetime in the making for me. It is everything I have been wanting to say for so long but thought no one wanted to hear from me. I'll let you be the judge.
