The Slow Day
The Slow Day are a 3-piece indie rock band from Manchester, UK.
They are Adam Moss on guitar and lead vocals, Chris Adams on bass and Paul Barker on drums.
The band formed in mid-2018. With Adam's heavy blues influences and Chris and Paul's more indie/rock tastes it promised to be an interesting ride...! They went into a rehearsal room in August 2018 with nothing but hope. Within a few weeks they had the best part of an album's worth of bluesy/indie/rock songs.
Several gigs later and with more in the pipeline; and with a steady following starting to build, the band have been in the studio recording their first tracks.
Their debut single "The Poet" has just been released (9 September 2019).
