Beat-making music producer CHASEBEATS 2002 debut album, Mental Pursuit, jumped on the iTunes scene during the early stages of Apple new distribution service.
Raised in Hartford, CHASEBEATS got his start in the business as a producer. His beats and mixes drew the attention of many local and established artists such as Notch former singer of duo group Born Jamericans of Delicious Vinyl Records. CHASEBEATS placed several songs with Notch in the earlier 2000 years such as Wepa, Un Por Quito Mas, Rosalinda and many other songs. In summer of 2008 the song "Rosalinda" appeared on Notch solo album titled "Raised by the People", CHASEBEATS was also Associate Producer of that album as well. In 2003 CHASEBEATS was also involved in the creation of PAPERBOYZ a duo group which consist of a rapper and singer from Hartford, Connecticut he also served as Director of Operation for the group record label PB Dolla Entertainment. CHASEBEATS also produced many successful songs for the PAPERBOYZ such as Could Be Wifey plus remixes, Him or Me, Get Stupid, Girlfriend just to name a few. CHASEBEATS was instrumental in the development of Connecticut own singer Michael Charles a.k.a. MCHIZZY who has gotten the attention from Jagged Edge, Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit, Wyclef and many others in the Industry. CHASEBEATS was also affiliated in the song placement of "Shake It" by Michael-Charles to duo group Ruff Endz in direct contact with David McPherson Executive VP of Epic Records. In 2007 CHASEBEATS produced songs as Imperial Level, Kingston 14 and History for Alley Cat an established reggae artist from Jamaica. CHASEBEATS continues to produce music for local and established artist within the industry as well as writing music for television, movie film and video games.
