Thanks for liking my Cosmic Rebirth song!
Your very welcome
All, I found out that Duane Farley is now with The AMG Corporation, based out of Canada. I have not heard back from him as well and reached out to him at his new email address with that company. I have yet to hear back from him but the website he was starting, www.digitalaudiolicensing.com was not working. I hope to hear back from him soon and maybe he is working on this from another angle. Maybe you all can try to reach him as well at duane@theamgcorp.com
Hey Bill, very interesting Jazz composition, "In The Gardens of Mrs. B"! The elaborate Jazz Chords used are really Trippy! The dissonance of the piece is Super Cool!! 5 Stars & Likes! Not a Big Fan of this style of Jazz, but your piece is extremely engaging! Great Job!! Is that you playing all the Parts on your tune?? Toodles, The Corey's.............
Hi Corey's, 1st, thanks for the 5's. 20 year old tune and recording based on 4th's. Had a simple melody and wanted to see where it would lead harmonically and this is what happened. To me , it's not dissonant, but I studied with some pretty fine jazz composers/players and the more I listened the more I became enamored with those sounds. It bleads over into most everything I write regardless of the intended genre. And, yeah, I played all the instruments...as usual. Thanks again for the listen and the stars. Bill
Bill, thanks for your review. You pegged the song correctly. It was written short for commercial purposes but it could definitely be filled out in a longer version with additional chord changes. I may get back around to it sometime later as someone else made a similar comment.
Hey Avatar Music Productions, just heard your composition, "Global Move" very cool groove you got going there!! 5 Stars & Likes! Sorry we weren't able to fully connect, win some lose some!! Stay safe and wear a Mask, the virus ain't done with us Humans quite yet!!! Toodles........... The Corey's..............
Thank you so much for your review and comments. I am definitely masking and vaccinated and we aren't going anywhere!
Thanks William for reviewing "pet song"or Pet food song..Yeh,the vocals are sort of Out of tune purposefully like in some TV commercials that get on my nerves when I hear them...But I remember them!!lol I am enjoying your creative work. Ron
Thanks Ronald. It is hard to know what the purpose of a song is with the reviews or why an artist chooses to do something different. I understand what you mean about the out of tuneness of some commercials.
Ah!!(with a smile)..You did a fair and truthful review!!! I like the quality of your work!!.. Keep in touch and creative!! Ron
I realy like you sonnd and styles
Thanks so much for the great in-depth review on Work Nite. I will definitely take your tips into consideration. Greatly appreciated!
My pleasure! The reviews have been very helpful for me as well. Keep them coming!

Thank you for the endorsement Lana. Please let me know what type of music you are looking for in your next productions.
Great work
Thanks for the endorsement Cortez! I truly appreciate it coming from an accomplished mentor in the industry. God bless, William Austin Avatar Music Productions
Just had two songs 'Atomic Blade' and 'A Long Journey' selected for a sci-fi movie pitch. Hopefully, one or both will be chosen for the movie.
Congrats and well done!
Thanks for the review (watching anime with friends). This was my first experience with singleband EQ as I'm trying to flop my way through upping my production quality. BTW, the child like melody was intentional. I was up for two days straight laughing about this!
Thanks for the thorough review of "Bourne Again". I will have to figure out a better genre for it. It is supposed to be more of a short movie soundtrack background piece as opposed to an actual piece of music for the club. I am trying to set the atmosphere for a certain type of movie scene. William
Really enjoyed this one!
Very unique layering of your individual style. Hope all is going great we all of you. You have outstanding work on your site. All the best sailing it around the world. Abram Band Dean & Jacalyn

Thanks for your review of my song Be Happy, Do You which you thought could be named Trash Talk. I appreciate the feedback and glad you liked it.
Roy, I was going to sign up for a yearly membership for $149 that was supposed to expire today but the link never came back up. Is it too late to get that offer?
AMP - Thanks for your note. We were experiencing some difficulty over the weekend due to heavy traffic on the internet and our site as well. There are still a few bumps we are trying to work through. If you haven't already, you can contact customer service and we will honor your request. I will ask them to follow up with you as well....Happy Holidays, Roy
I just listened to Nightfall and enjoyed that piece. I hope you can expand on the theme especially toward the end and bring the strings out a little more in the mix. I was waiting for more and then it ended.
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback!
Good tracks on here!
Thanks for the connection William!
Thanks K.A. for your honest review of "Atomic Blades". I didn't think too many people would recognize the Vangelis influence in the music so it is nice to meet someone knowledgeable. It is definitely set as more of a soundscape and I probably could stand to add a different instrument which I may do later. Thanks again!
Ah yes, I do love a bit of Vangelis :) Your tune was really cool! Well done!
Ahhh, when you mentioned Vangelis, I had to listen to "Atomic Blades"; very nice indeed AMP! Lovely atmospheric tune, with the background tension building and adding to the overall pleasure. Best to you!
I really enjoyed this one and even played one of my world flutes along with the track.
That's great to know, thank you very much!
I enjoyed your music. Great work!
Thanx much!!!
Thanks for your review of my song "Make Me Dance". I am always looking for some feedback to make improvements. God Bless.
Roy, am I to assume that if a provider downloads one of my songs or if one of them is under consideration it will show up under the new status section. It tells me when the provider plays a song but you still don't know if they have it under consideration or download it. I am thinking that it is a sure sign that they are no longer looking at your music but I wanted to make sure.
Hi Avatar Music Productions, Yes, you are correct. It will notify you in the status section when your song is played and when it is under consideration. If you have any further questions please feel free to let us know. Broadjam Customer Support
Sankey, thanks for your recent reviews. Just wanted to let you know that the Happy Dancin song was written short on purpose based on the submission criteria. I could have made it longer but I believe they were only looking for 30 secs or a full song. I might go back and make it longer eventually.
Greetings Roy, I am enjoying the upgrades to the website but I had a question for you. I wanted to know if in the case where no Broadjam submissions have been selected, would it be possible for the person to provide some general feedback? At least when someone is selected, we can listen to the winner and have some sort of clue, but when no one is selected we have no idea. I would think the person could say that nothing fit at all, most of the production quality was not good, or some sort of feedback. Thanks, William
Thank you for that very nice review of "Under Paris Lights". I appreciate all your comments and glad you enjoyed the piece. All the best, Felice Kaye-Cooper
Hi William, Thanks for the input - that's definitely something we can consider for the future. If you have any other suggestions or questions please feel free to contact us. Thanks for being a member of Broadjam! Broadjam Customer Support
Just checked out your piece "Detective's Stroll" liked it a good bit, thought I'd let you know.
Thanks a lot!
Hey Roy, What's a stem file?
A google search didn't even reveal an answer to this one, but from what I've been able to deduce, a stem file is an individual track before it's mixed down with all the others.
Michael, A stem file can be an individual raw track, but some refer to an unmixed multi-track recording as a stem file as well. If someone would request a stem file from you, they are generally referring to the multi-track recording file and probably are interested in a remix. Some believe that stems are raw with no fx and others would expect fx. It's always good to clarify what the other party is requesting as there seems to be a few definitions floating around......All the best, Roy
Yeah, there are a few definitions floating around. Like Roy says, good to clarify. I mostly see stem used to describe a submix of tracks. For example if someone requests a stem of the background vocals, they probably mean a stereo mixdown of all the tracks that make up only the background vocs.
If you check out acid planet by Sony they have remix contests that provide stems from different artists for remixes.
Thanks again for the comments. I meant for this tune to be a bit dated sounding but I understand what you mean about the melody and I will look at some possible changes on the bass side.
Thanks for your commentary. Lacking a pair of monitors is killing me. I will definitely look at fixing the mix.
