Great music! Damn! Greetings from nearby.. keep up the fantastic work!
I really like the ALL BECAUSE OF YOU song/video. Very compelling. So I live in Plymouth Meeting, you?
From one Philly songwriter to another, kudos! Congrats on your DSA Song Contest award!
Hey thanks. You live in Philly? Maybe we should have coffee or something.
Hey Bonnie! We should for sure try and grab coffee sometime. Feel free to send me an email at arpeggioworld@gmail.com (or a private message here) and we can coordinate. Thanks! Jay
Epic track man!!!

Thanks for the review of "Dirty Venue"!
No problem!
Friends! A week ago I released my first single under my new stage name Arpeggio, called "All Because of You." Check it out and me know what you think!
I will recommend this song for further judging by the category judge. It is a great dance tune with great production. One thing that does come to mind is "the lights drop" or "light drop" is a stronger hook in the song and may be a more memorable title then "3, 2, 1"
This is a fun song, but it does not completely establish why she thinks she is Madam Curie. Give me more depth on the character. It is a fun song and plays well, with great production.
The "madame curie" reference is just a historical pun, not intended to add anything to character development
I will recommend this song for further judging. I can identify with this song. Great production
Thanks for the positive and constructive comments!
This is a song that pulls me in. I can feel her arms around me or at least the desire. Everyone has had a broken heart and relates. Good groove and production.
I like this song. It is light and fun, but you haven't given me enough on who you are singing to in the song. It says in the chorus that this person is a friend, but all I know is that that you are in to the smell of their hair. Give me more detail that pulls me in to the song. Make the character someone that I can relate to also. I really like the groove and the production, especially in the bridge. Good luck
Love 3, 2, 1 also! You're totally awesome dude! Love your work!
"WOW"! haha! Great song Jay. Loved it! That song would be great for Taylor Swift! You should pitch it to her. Absolutely the best song I've heard in a while. Great job. Would love to collab with you anytime if you're interested. :)
Hey Sharon, thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed my stuff. Haha it would certainly be cool if T-swift picked up that song, though getting to that point is pretty difficult, to put it mildly! I'll check out your music too when I get a chance!
Yeah, I know how difficult it is to get to major artists' cause I pitch my songs to them all the time.
3,2,1 Great song and production.
Thanks Brian!
Really nice stuff! Are you the vocalist in any of your songs?
All but two. I've recently learned that my strength is not performing, so I'm focusing on the writing aspect now and handing the vocals off. Thanks for the listen. I've heard your stuff as well. Really top notch.
Thank you Adam for reviewing my song "Hi Heels" much appreciated! I love crazy fun! :) Sincerely, Lori
Wow
A good or bad wow? Haha.
Love your vibe. Nice rich voice. Love your referenced artists too and how they influence your music. Seems we have similar harmonic understandings. Let me know if you're interested in collaboration.
Thanks Jay!! I really appreciate that. Glad you do, not everyone likes those bands! Haha. I listened to a few of your tracks the other day actually and I meant to comment; it's not easy to make a likable, catchy, professional sounding dance track. And you have made multiple ones! Nice!!! I would love to collab man, I'm really glad you said that! Shoot me an email and we can talk about things dalyobrien11@yahoo.com
You are absolutely brilliant!
Thanks Joey! Love your vocals in "Burn the Money"
Thank you. Can't wait to hear more of your music!
oh, snap!! I found my happy place tonight! It's Jay+Tonic. What a great vibe you have. Great mixes too!
Thanks so much!
Thanks for the review Cloe! I'm sure as a deep house fan my track was a bit too pop for you, but I'm glad you enjoyed the hooks and production!
Thanks for the thoughtful review Kate! I'm glad you like my song!
I posted a comment about your song "The Second Hand" but it was removed for some reason... Anyway, it was a very positive review! Great alternative track!
Not sure what happened. I saw the email notification and opening kind words... Sure wasn't me! Thanks so much for your time and kind words. I'll always review a tune in "open" mode if someone asks. Good luck with your *very* radio worth music!! Jeff
sure wasn't me that deleted, that is =)
Thanks for the review of "3, 2, 1"! I know it's not the genre you typically listen to, but I appreciate the fair and appropriate review. In response to your constructive comment about it sounding like Dynamite--unfortunately in the current dance-pop genre, having derivatives from other recent hits is fairly important, so what you presumed is correct. Though I feel (and it sounds you do as well) it does not extent passed the "eh eh oh" part of the chorus. Thanks again! Is there any particular song of your's that you'd like me to review?
Hey Jay that's a very nice response and offer. And if that's the music you love, then that's what matters most. I'd love to have you listen to The Second Hand. It's not commercially oriented, but intentionally alternative.
Let's see now...approximately 10 reviews down, in good faith, and nothing in return. What is the deal BJ?
perhaps others aren't reciprocating - GOD BLESS the peers. in the end, if peers don't vote. . .
if I might ask: is this genre review or 6 pack related?
Nope just basic I review tunes and expect the same in return...
would it surprise you that the last time I received a review thru the 'basic I review' system (what I call 'genre' review) was June of this year? personally, I prefer listening on my own and sharing those gems I discover with the world wide web so maybe the audience might grow beyond our sacred neighborhood. go figure. . .
I'm fairly new to Broadjam...not sure how I can actually choose to review one of your songs and not just stumble upon it under the pop-rock genre. Is there a way?
Thanks for the review, though I'm confused about some of your 4/5 ratings. For example, I'm not exactly sure how the "vocal pitch" could have been any better. Everything's in tune. I'm also a bit confused about the "recording quality" because this was done in a professional studio with top industry recording engineers, and so I don't think the recording quality could be improved. Similar comments with production. I'm glad you liked the song though!
Thanks for reviewing Just A Touch Of Your Power. MHall
thanks for the review man! hope u come back and listen to some of my better tracks. thanks!
