Peter,
Thanks for the happy birthday wishes the other day and for the kind and insightful review of my song "Too Much (Is Never Enough). A musical comparison to my hero Johnny Winter made for an excellent birthday present!
Keep rockin',
D.G. Phillips

Jim,
Thanks for the in-depth review of my song, Call It A Draw. This song was recorded in Macon, Ga. at the old Capricorn Studios(late 1997). We used the in house engineer (a fine chap named Skip Slaughter; and recorded the entire 9-song CD in 2 days. I was in a band named Rose Hill playing guitar and singing (and; yes, the band had been together since 1990).
I do appreciate the critiques as I'm redoing the song with my latest band, and did want to change it up from its previous incarnation.
Thanks again for the listen and your time,
D.G. Phillips

D. G. ...... my apologies for the tardiness of this reply... your music is a strong indication of the character of your musical soul. I hope these past 4 yrs have brought you the consideration and accolades that your talent deserves.... Additionally, thank you for taking the time to share your music on Broadjam.... It will be an inspiration for those developing their own musical talents.

So apparently; if one's tune is reviewed by Mr. Dirt Bags, and it's given all 1's; then that's because it was perceived as a stellar piece of work. If that's the case; then glad you liked my song, Windstorm. If you really meant 1 out of 5...ouch!
