hey there. I apologize for not responding earlier.... I'm really not sure how all of this works. You so graciously rated a couple of my songs, and I thank you for that. I am not sure how I came across your radar. I joined broadjam just recently (after a hiatus of a few yrs or more) I must confess, I was a bit suspicious because you initially rated a song of mine within hours of me joining back up. How may I reciprocate and promote you?
Hi Jim, Not exactly sure how it became that deep and involved for you but from our end it was quite simple. 1) Came across music 2)liked music 3)Gave music stars We just wanted you to know, No reciprocation needed! LC Team
Thanks. I like stars!
I appreciate the five star rating on 3 of my submitted songs. I am new to Broadjam and I am wondering how your rating enhances my chance of having my songs selected for publication. Does Lyfe Concierge consider publishing my songs? Have you review the other songs that I submitted? I have quite a few other songs that I intend to submit. Will you listen to my songs when they are submitted?
Well thank you so much! Locally, we have a great community of musicians who support each other. It is nice and welcoming to see it done here.
Just heard the new one...Coming Home Again.... Makes me want to ask what (who) was the inspiration for this? Nicely done. I know it is listed as a type of country song, but I also hear a slight 'pop' sound in it.... for what that is worth
Hi Jim, Many thanks to you! Glad that you like the song 'Coming On Home Again'. I don't really know for sure to be honest. I have listened to Bob Seger and The Eagles in the past so maybe from there perhaps. I've absolutely no idea on the listing so perhaps you're right and I should change that. Hope all is well with you, Jim. I managed to listen to some more of your songs during the hols and have included one or two in my play list. Go steady and many thanks again. Best, Paul
Hey Jim! Have just listened to American Song. So great mate! You sound like the great Johnny Cash and your lyrics, like his, are so cool Well done, mate!

Paul! I returned the favor and listened to the pub song, Old London Town.....what a HAPPY tune! Infectious. Keep up the great work
I'm a sucker for the word 'crying' in a title. Saw yours and gave a listen. Def sounds like something you could hear on a pop station. Nice job
Thanks so much for the great compliment. I appreciate it. Sylvia
Amazing!
Dear Cortez, First, thank you for the very kind & brief comment. Now it's my turn to reciprocate, here goes my novel. If there was anyone nominated for being "Amazing", well...truthfully, then it would be Mr. Cortez Farris. After-all, I learned from the best in the biz =You! Also, I really do appreciate you & your precious time. From the Training Days of being a Student in your wonderful Music Mentoring Program, followed by serving as an intern at Dancing Pictures with Director C.Fitz all while having the Passion, absorbing the Knowledge & gaining the Confidence needed to succeed in this Entertainment industry. Well, it's clear as day, that all of those factors, but specifically "You & Your" willingness to teach me -definitely made a positive & powerful impact, with respect to my career in Music/Entertainment industry. Ultimately, it led to some amazing opportunities over these past few years (which flew by so fast!!) Who would have thought I would be Managing a Multi-Platinum Producer/Engineer in addition to booking you in 2020 as a Virtual Performing Musician (during a pandemic) well it's an honor & I have learned so much from you in every aspects of the music industry for the most part, which is truly Priceless!! I cannot thank you enough for applying the great proverb of "Each One Teach One", and at least you know that if I took the time to write it, then you know it's real :) Thnx Mentor, Business Partner & Friend!! I am Forever Grateful, Tez! -God Bless Jes

Publishing Company Is Seeking Dynamic-Original Songs That Uplift, Unite And Bring Together Looking for: Price Royalty Publishing is Seeking Dynamic Songs that Uplift, Unite & Bring The Country Together or world for that matter. However, with the recent latest events that will have an impacting negative effect on the United States, my team and I thought it would be great to seek and find 1-2 people who could really do an amazing job with songwriting, but also delivery without placing blame or hate on either side. Price Royalty Publishing & Robot City Studios would love to find that special vocalist, songwriter and bring their production to life with experienced mixing/mastering. Playlist pitching and promotion, publishing & distribution for a full cycle release. This would be ideal for pitching to not only our contacts but marketing and letting the world hear, as well. Would love to get your thoughts on another tune, "fall". It seems to be getting a lot of attention on these Top Ten Lists....and my friends dig it. Would like your honest opinion
Our songs made a the same Top Ten List, so I gave yours a listen. Nice tune!! :-)
Our songs have been landing on a Top Ten Chart together. Just wanted to say hello and that I dig the tune! Feels like it comes from a personal space, even before reading the back story. Best of luck to you. Jim Rezac www.jimrezac.com
Hi Jim! Thanks so much for commenting. I just listened to your music. Very nice--I love Ghost 85, especially the guitar. All the best to you!
Yeah...the "Ghost" riff was definitely inspired by my long love affair with surf music!! Thanks. Btw....can you hear the 'whisper, background vocals at the bridge? Spooky! Good story about how that came to be. Take care
Okay, I heard it. Tell me the story behind it! :)
Ok! It was a COOOLLLLLDDD rainy night... Lol, just kidding! Nothing that dramatic I was in the studio and the engineer had just mentioned a technique he thought would work for that tune (we were listening to the mix and critiquing it). He said I should do another track right over the vocal track, but this time just whisper...monotone and no melody. He said it would make it pop. Well, two friend of mine were dropping by at my suggestion...a husband and a wife, Steve & Jeannie. Jeannie is NOT a singer or musician of any type. She is shy, quiet, demure ...classy and not prone to being the spot light. But when Chris the engineer heard her soft voice he pulled me aside and asked if SHE would do the whisper part. I insisted that there was no way in hell she'd agree. We asked. She jumped on it. I was out and she was in! Lol. And instead of just whispering right ontop of my vocals...he had her echo them. It is those little things that make this SOOO fun, no?
Absolutely. It's definitely a very cool touch. Jeannie is a master whisperer! ;)
lol. She IS!! I have a picture from that session somewhere.....I know its on facebook. I'll have to find it for you. Take care!
Our songs have been making a Top Ten list together. Wanted to say hello and "Good Luck! Nice tunes! Jim Rezac www.jimrezac.com
Hi Marian! Some our our songs have been making a Top Ten list together. I wanted to tell you that I've listen to your stuff and dig it! You may be across the pond, but your songs sound like they could've been written by someone from around here. :-) Best of luck to you. Jim Rezac www.jimrezac.com

Thanks! I don't sing my songs (I can sing but not as well as my demo vocalist), but I write them. You sound like Johnny Cash. :)
