Thank you for a wonderfully thorough review and critique of "Walks with Grace". This is EXACTLY why we are here on Broadjam. Thank you for taking the time to be so specific, and for your great suggestions! We truly appreciate it, and incorporate all these great reviews into the way we approach remixes, as well as crafting new songs. By the way, I recognized your name... I had the pleasure of getting your song "Are You There?" as a "random" review a few weeks ago, and it really moved me. Such a hauntingly beautiful song. Best Regards, Jason Mancine
Thanks very much Jason. It was my pleasure. And thank you for your kind words about "Are you There." With most of my music I intentionally keep it as genuine as I can, because that's what moves me personally. I try to capture real moments and display them in a final recording. Your words made me feel supported in that goal.
Don't waste people's time with your reviews if they're anything like yours for my song Pour your Light In. If someone scores me poorly, but actually takes time to share thoughts, I prefer it over something glowing with no comments. But a poor review with zero thoughts shows selfishness and that you're here for yourself. There's enough of that in our world, we don't need selfishness here.
Thanks for the review of "Gonna Be On Time"! My last days on tape about 1986.
Bravo on "Are You There"! Catnip=+=
Monday! Told You we would have a good time on Broadjam! Thanks for the review of "Snowy Mountain Stream"! What a Super Duper Name! Press On! Catnip=+=
Thank you for your review of my "HUSH LITTLE BABY" it is a lullaby I did a long time ago for a cd for my granddaughters when they were little...they played that cd for years every nite at bedtime...as you mentioned it may have seemed a little rushed but as a music teacher who was the pianist for that cd said you stat out a lullaby cd with song that are a little louder and faster and keep gettin slower and softer for the baby to fall a sleep as the cd ends... I am glad you liked my song overall
Hey! Thanks for your great review of "Move Over Baby, and the very constructive suggestions for improvement. Well done! ~Phil
I would like to add. I am a solo artist. But I feel my songs deserve a little more production than just a guitar and vocal. So I have added some drums, keys, bass, lead guitar where appropriate, and harmony vocals. I want to make it sound full, but not add so much that a regular band would not be able to make the same sound. I am not a big fan of overproduction, as you have noticed. Again, thank you for appreciating what I have labored to produce. ~Phil
Welcome to Broadjam Monday! We're going to have a BLAST of a time on here! Catnip=+=
Hello Monday. Just a note to Welcome you to Broadjam and thank you for the review of Be a Doer. There are 2 versions of that song, the Christian & the secular version (which you heard). Anyway, thank you for liking it. Our son has 5 kids the same ages as yours! 2-12! I have a TON of great kids music; I hope you'll check it out on BJ, or Pandora, spotify or any other streaming platform. Thanks for the good vibes. Mrs. Kate
