Hey BIG Kid, Just discovered you review of my song, "Good Times". Thanks for the kind words and for verifying what I was trying to do with this song....now, if I can just get it to Allison Krause or Nickel Creek or some folks like that.....we can spread the "Good Times" around. Best to you, Chet Nichols
getting it to Allison is a tough one...you can always try her manager...do a Google search...good luck with the song
Casting-a-song is an ART. Who else do you hear doing this song ...? Chet
I'd have to listen to it again...send me an MP3 to my3kidsmusic@comcast.net
Please delete Born 2 Be Victorious...the writer and artist signed it and it needs to be off Broadjam asap...

Hello there I am thrilled about your comments of "Trilogy Piano Concerto" really glad that you enjoy the whole 9 min of it. Right now my ego is very high!!! and by the way the title you put is awesome, better than the original. Thanks a lot for your review
PS The version with lyrics of, "I Come From Chicago", is at my site. Paul Butterfield wanted to record the song, but insisted he get the copyright....THAT doesn't happen with me.... Chet
i'll give it a listen...I can see where he'd want it...
Hey Mr Kids x3, Thanks for the fine review of the instrumental version of my song, "I Come From Chicago". As you surmised correctly (as usual), it is a lift from a song with lyrics. Always like your reviews. There is a very version with lyrics.....check it out at my site. The song comes from my CD, "Band In The Basement". Amazing thing is that I WROTE the song back in 1969....and this version is the first full-up recording of the song. Best to you, Chet
it sounded great...very professionally done
Good afternoon My Three Kids. Thanks for your encouraging feedback on our music. I took your advice & a coach & added a mandolin solo to "Bluegrass Jamboree". It indeed really enhances the track!! I hope you will take another listen & let me know your valued thoughts. Enjoy your weekend.
you made a strong song stronger...win win...
Thank you sir!!!
Cheers thanks for the reply nest ian k
Check out my track short fuse jazz feel let me know your thoughts ta ian :)

Hey Mr. Music, Thanks for the wonderful and insightful review of the instrumental version of my song, "Twenty Years Ago"! There is a version with lyrics at my Broadjam site....if you are interested. Best of luck with you music.... Chet Nichols
Bob, I went on NSAI site and watched your video on publishing contracts. It was very informative. Especially on owning your Masters and works for hire. Now I understand why it is so important for pitching to TV and movies etc. I only have one song where the work for hire papers were provided. Is there anything else I can do with all the old demo's or does it mean I would have to rerecord everything to pitch to those opportunities?
my guess is all you need to do is contact the vocalist and secure their permission...once you have it I'd feel good about pitching it for sync opps...without it you can only use it as a demo to pitch to other artists...if you own the individual wave files or session files they can be leased to make money and the master instrumental without vocals can be pitched for sync opps
great...it's only demos with a vocalist that may pose a problem...most music supervisors will ask for the artist's name and ask if you control the master
Thanks for the advise. Would you be interested in listening to more of my songs as a publisher?
sure...I'm always looking...I would need to know which songs you control and which songs you don't as well as which songs you have instrumental without lead vocal and which songs you don't
Thanks for the great review of I wanna Love you (like there's no tomorrow). This was done as a Demo several years ago. I did not get anything signed (work for hire). The producer that hired the players told me I was good to pitch it because it was all done work for hire being a demo.
Just saw that you are now a Pro-Reviewer on here would love to chat or work with you sometime. Take care, thanks and blessings, DeDe :)
Thanks so much MY 3 Kids for your great review of my original Ave Maria Medley. I did write it as a trio for 2 sopranos and a cello part (an instrumental voicing that I loved writing and listening to more than the human parts)! I really appreciate your in-depth reviews and your kind comments that are positive and encouraging. I would love to get a license on this one since I do own the rights (PD + original medley with added words, lyrics and melody). Thanks much! Have a great week, DeDe :)
Hello, I'm recently recording 4 more new songs. They have more of a hard rock feel to them than my 3 posted on here already. Hope you guys like them, they should be done in a few weeks.

Thank you very much for the review of my song Non Stop Flight I am glad that you enjoyed it and I never thought about adding a fiddle or an accordion to the mix of the song but I do like the thought of that very much, Non Stop Flight is currently being considered for a Delta Airlines commercial as well as recording consideration by two major artist at any rate thank you again for the review, I greatly appreciate it.
you are welcome and good luck on the delta pitch...
Many thanks for your review of Saxametosis! Glad you liked it and thanks for the words of encouragement!
Thank you so much for the very generous review of my piano composition, Senza. So very appreciated, and even enough to make me overlook the fact you are a Steelers fan :-p
yeah I love my Steelers...the good bad and the ugly...good luck with your pitching opportunities...
Thanks for kind review with useful comments on "Love In The Wild". I appreciate your perspective!
Hi MTKM, Thank you for the kind review of "I Must Have Kissed An Angel" The version you reviewed was done by my brother. While we thought it was nice we didn't feel it was quite as country as we'd hoped for. I had Stacy Hogan at AWP Studios in Nashville produce another version of it. I didn't realize the 1st version was still on the Bjam lineup. Your critiques were the same as his. Lose the noisy intro thing etc. etc. If you get a chance here's the BJam link to the 2nd version. http://www.broadjam.com/artists/songs.php?artistID=561 1 Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks again ........................... kenney
Now that's a country demo...you got your money's worth...great vocal and arrangement...
