Consumption, led by singer/songwriter/guitarist Gina Turner, was conceived in the summer of 2002 when drummer Alex Rogers approached her and inquired as to whether she may want to bring her original acoustic compositions to life with the aid of a full band.
The band currently consists of Gina and Alex with Sean Reed on bass and Shannon Scott Saxon on guitar.
A new album is being recorded while live shows continue to be played and new songs written.
