Cryptoglitch is the brainchild of Kevin and Daniel McCarthy. Jascha was added to the lineup after Kevin and Daniel heard her vocal style.
With the initial intent being to create a completely industrial sound we believe we have transcended genres and have created a somewhat unique sound.
Please feel free to let us know what you think.

Origins
Origins:
It is the fall of 2006. Two brothers with a common love of music decide to do something they've been talking about doing for over a year. They decide to collaborate on a musical project. The only goal is to have fun and write music that they would listen to or buy. While there is a common thread in their musical tastes, both draw inspiration from disparate artists. Their combined musical tastes range from The Rolling Stones to Skinny Puppy to Swedish synth-pop to Too Short.
Meet Daniel and Kevin McCarthy, also known as Cryptoglitch.
Early in December of 2007, the duo set out to accomplish their goal. Armed with a couple of laptops amd a recent version of Reason, they composed their first song. Halfway through the effort, Daniel played the unfinished parts for some friends. A friend of a friend was brought to the house to play a song she had written. Kevin and Daniel loved Jascha's voice and played the first track they had recorded. Jascha requested lyrics and was presented with a poem titled Jekyll and Hyde. The vocal track you hear on the song Kill Switch was recorded the first night Jascha sang for Cryptoglitch.
Cryptoglitch started with the intent of creating a sound in the genre of industrial rock and roll. With the addition of Jascha the dynamic changed somewhat to transcend genres as you will hear in the three songs, Kill Switch, Perfect Pain and Heart Bleed.
Fastforward to March of 2008. Cryptoglitch is in the middle of self producing their first LP, tentatively title "I'm Not Paranoid". To date, 1 track complete, 2 tracks in post production, with several more in the various stages of the creative process.
Cryptoglitch cordially invite you to join them on their journey. They make no promises, working only to create and at best, entertain.
