Started singing professionally at the age of ten. Singing in legions, at weddings, night clubs and for talent shows throughout Alberta with the band -Side By Side. At 16, Deanna joined a Top 40 country band in the U.S. they toured Washington, Oregon, and Nevada on the fair and rodeo circuit, opening for popular acts such as the Sweethhearts of the Rodeo. In 2005 she opened for Carolyn Dawn Johnson?s homecoming. She is currently teaching music in local schools, raising her two kids and enjoying writing in her spare time.
