As the name would indicate Steve "Jersey Boy" Williams payed his dues in the NJ/NY club scene for many years before branching out with his first all original solo CD "Workin" Man's Dream" which is getting good radio exposure in Europe.These are most importantly songs with heart that describe the pain and pleasures we encounter as we go through life.If you are looking for well written songs that mean something backed by a great band and first rate guitar then you will like Jersey Boy.Steve grew up in the Jersey City area.A self described "street kid" who grew up with and played with 2 of the founding members of Blondie his style is heavily influenced by the great players of the 60's like The Rolling Stones, Hendrix,Clapton,Allman Bros.,Eagles and Van Morrison.But the biggest influence was the colorful life of growing up and playing in the greatest music era ever.

First of all let me thank you for expressing an interest in my music.We have gotten great reception to the music particularly in Europe (Netherlands,Belgium) where Asphalt Prairie and Jersey Judgement Day have been getting radio play on BRTO in Holland and SINAII in Belgium.

After playing in cover bands for many years in the northeast I turned my attention and talents to a totally original effort upon arriving on the Atlanta Ga. Music scene.The reception to the latest CD “Workin’ Man’s Dream” has been great.These are 14 great songs played by a great band.

20 year old lead guitar D-Man is a formally trained musician who loves to rock and roll.We have a bunch of other Jersey Boy’s playin in the band like Joe Ferraro and Mike Scalese.Joe plays lead guitar on Asphalt Prairie,Real Thing and shares lead on One More Time.Mike plays lead on Someday and Meet Me In Your Dreams.Darren plays both electric and acoustic lead on everything else.Joe Ferraro is a legend in the NJ music scene.He played the old Stone Pony at the same time as Bruce Springsteen and his band Thulcandra opened for many of the legendary bands of that era.He is one of the finest guitar players around.Mike is another great talent and has a really unique,melodic style.Darren is also fantastic and likes to rip up the guitar.So the guitar playing you can count on is great.Rounding out the band we have Jimmy Pearce on keyboard and Rob Albertson on percussion.Rob is a
