Singer songwriter from West Chester, Pa. Yvette first played drums for a few all girl bands in the 80's/90's. As a solo artist, Yvette has picked up more than one instruments along the way. She composes all her music and lyrics. Today Yvette loves collaborating with other musicians, providing lyrics and vocals. She is currently recording music to release her solo project. Leaving Autumn; a band created originally over the internet by two musicians collaborating and experimenting in music and vocals. The ever talented Anthony Schreck and multi-instrumentelalist Yvette Melendez, created various songs and music. Nowadays, the project is under solo musician Yvette with music added from previous recordings from various bands like Jaden, Bloodsong and L.A. Combining new and previous songs to one cd, this new cd will be called "7 Virtues" and it will be under the project Leaving Autumn, engineered by Tom Zartler of Woodcrest Studios, along with sister Damaris on rhythm/lead guitars, drummer/percussionist Tim Simmons, and other great musicians based in West Chester, PA.
