Maywater has garnered a solid fan base thru out the southeast, consistently drawing crowds of 350+ at local venues as well as supporting national artist such as Sister Hazel and Cowboy Mouth. In April 2003 the band performed on the main stage at Columbia, SC's Three Rivers Music Festival along side headliners the Donnas and Queens of the Stone Age. Maywater showcased their talents as part of the 2003 Atlantis Music Conference in Atlanta, GA. In September of 2004 Maywater entered the Jillian's battle of the bands, sponsored by Budweiser, winning the city finals. Beating out over thirty other bands from all over the state. Maywater has tapped into the college market playing for several fraternities and soroities all over the southeast. Through this market Maywater is finacially able to fund their next CD, "Televisioned Lied", which will be out in December.
