Michele Zaccone Artist Biography
Michele Zaccone is a girl who never gives up. For over 20 years she has been the co founder and founder of numerous original bands all over the country. She is a singer songwriter and guitar player who's passion and musical style is as unique as her experiences. Her songwriting reflects pieces of her life that she has been able to graft into song creating true expression.
Having a serious desire for music at such a young age Michele has been tirelessly writing, recording, and performing all over the country from local venues to such prestigious venues as The House of Blues, Arlene's Grocery, CBGB, The Whiskey, and Viper Room. She has recorded jingles for publishing companies, as well as appeared on several tracks of Strum Sum Up, Dug Pinnick's (King's X) solo record.
In 2001 her band Stone Daisy won the title of Nashville's Best Rock Band garnering them to take the stage alongside such bands as Nickelback, Sevendust, & 3 Doors Down. Needing a change Michele moved to Los Angeles and started the band The Burning Down. There sound blended straight up rock and melodic overtones infused with dynamic passionate vocals. Currently Michele is writing and working on her new collection of songs slated to be recorded late 2017.
Michele Lee
Michele Lee, is the co-founder of the ever popular band Stone Daisy that came out of the Nashville Rock Scene.
Stone Daisy left impressive marks everywhere from Exit/In, The House of Blues in Chicago and New Orleans to showcasing for major labels at Arlene's Grocery and the legendary CBGB's in NYC. Winning Nashville's Best Rock Band in 2001 garnered them a slot to perform on the main stage at Amsouth Amphitheater for "Buzz Fest " alongside such bands as Nickelback, Sevendust, & 3 Doors Down. They also were selected to perform at Nashville's largest yearly music festival "River Stages". Also on the bill was No Doubt, Incubus, Counting Crows, and Garbage. Later, the band decided to part ways.
In the fall of 2003, Michele moved to Los Angeles and started the band The Burning Down. Influenced by such artists as Led Zeppelin, U2, King's X, Live and Soundgarden, the Burning Down blends straight up rock and melodic overtones infused with dynamic passionate vocals.
They have performed at various clubs like The Whiskey, House of Blues, the Key Club and the Viper Room.
Michele has appeared on several solo records Including Dug Pinnick's "Strum Sum Up" recorded at Black Sound in Los Angeles.
Currently MIchele is recording a new full length album set to release this winter.
