Nancy L. McGinnis has been singing since she was nine years old. Later at about ten she began taking piano lessons. She was born in San Jose, California. Considered a Pop-Alternative Artist by many, she writes all kinds of songs in many venues. She is a member of ASCAP and a voting member of the Recording Academy, who produce the Grammy Awards. Nancy began writing music when she was about 19. Since then Nancy has written countless numbers of songs.
