MINI BIOGRAPHY


Niela is a rising young talent, a mellifluous evocative voice whose meditative timbre and unusual lyrics have laid the foundation for a promising career.

Working the gamut from Hip Hop Superstar Jay-Z (Twenty Bag Shorty, Aeriola/ BMG), to co writing with underground cult Director John Waters (Cecil B. Demented). Expanding her talents to house music, Niela cut lead vocals for a Live Elements Album (Gossip Records), Strictly Rhythm's in house production team. As well as writing and performance on a Jazz album entitled Future L'Histoire by Trumpet player Jimmy Wilson (Replicant Records). Niela used her flare as both a songstress and a poet to cultivate a highly stylized fusion of Hip-Hop and Ambient, lovingly known as Trip Hop Soul.
