From its first release in 1993 Nylon Recordings has been guided by a desire to curate a sonic truth unrestricted by trends or genres. Launched in Brooklyn, NY as a vehicle for producer and label head Jaymz Nylon.
Nylon Trax; an extension of Nylon Recordings, Nylon Trax leaves little for the
body to discover, constructing a mosaic of African-inspired rhythms and textures tailor-made to satisfy the needs of a modern and changing dance floor. From Brazil to South Africa, Nylon's growing international roster knows no borders. It would
seem there is little place to go but up. Under Jaymz' watchful eye the Nylon imprint continues to establish itself as a fully sustainable and globally inclusive enterprise.
