I am the ultimate hip hop/r&b artist. I rap, produce, sing, write my own songs, and I am pretty good piano player. I feel that I can bring something new and exciting to the world that any and everyone can enjoy.

Bio

Jeremiah Council or known by his stage name "Oktiv", was born on September 19, 1991, and raised in Camden, NJ. Growing up, music was never a career thought for Oktiv, but he had a passion for poetry. In the 10th grade he learned to play piano, which helped his future in production. He got into producing when a close friend gave him Reason 4 and let him use it to make beats. He was thrilled and started makings songs to his own beats. This opened the door to the poetry he used to do as a child, except now, making original songs. Now at 18 years old, he has been doing this for about 2 years now, but the way his music sounds it seems as if he has been doing it his whole life. Performing at the Apollo, working with Leonard Hubbard and performing in front of stars such as Michael Bivens, Ryan Leslie, J Holiday and many more only adds more fuel to the fire of success. He honestly feels that this is what he was born to do, and he will continue to do it until he reaches the top...and beyond.
