Coming from a small town in the south, Nia was raised around music so it was natural that she would grow into a powerful mover and shaker within the music industry. Getting her start in the early 90's she managed hip hop artist Trey the Hustler who she would take to regional success. After getting her first taste of the music game then she would go on to work artist along the lines of SWV, Xscape, Too Short and Triple Six Mafia just to name a few. Nia is now running her own publishing company and A&R consulting firm, she has been a pivotal force in helping a multitude of artists turn their music passion into a music business.
