This song tells the story of situations I've been in many times, whether it is being in love with life or an individual. There are times when it all feels good and you can't imagine the situation becoming better and then one day suddenly every thing shifts in another direction and you're left feeling as if you've crashed down somewhere. This song is about realizing you have to go through those situations in order to become a better person.

This is an original song, written in August 2016. It's a piece written from a place of reflection about the ways in which we has people live, love, and lose things but how we eventually realize it's the total sum of those moments that make us who we are.
