I'm a native Texan who finds comfort in words. It is through this love for words that I began writing songs. At the age of 15, I bought my first guitar for the sole purpose of being able to bring my songs to life. It has been a journey that has brought me much happiness. I find songwriting much like story telling and I believe that it has also served as a form of record keeping. I want to share these stories/songs with others and hopefully encourage them to embrace their own story and song. I strongly believe that music is one common thread that links every life...the one place where we are free.
