Story Behind The Song
I saw a taxi cab driver once just staring out into space as I drove by. He looked terribly bored w/ his life and I just felt like he might be searching for purpose. So, I wrote a song about how people can get trapped in the monotony of everyday life.

Lyrics
VERSE 1
i get up and ride the same old train
it doesn't seem to be any different today
the same cab is parked on the corner and
the same driver stares out the window at nothing
its nothing....
CHORUS 1
I'm walking in this life and sometimes it breaks my heart
i get up sometimes and i wanna go right back home...wanna go home
VERSE 2
there's an old homeless woman at the newspaper stand
she's always asking for a dollar but I can't
maybe this time i'll change
i bet she looks at me and says "son"...
Chorus 2
Bridge
What is the meaning of it all?
Chorus 3
