Lyrics
Gotta Bring back the jazz
And the raz-a-ma-taz
Bring it back into New Orleans
I'm getting lonesome for,
Those melodies that haunt my memories
When I think of the beat that would stir dancin' feet
Keepin' up with the ragtime swing
While strolling Bourbon Street
Where everybody meets
Take me back to the Big Easy
the Mississippi
Give me that Armstrong Jazz
Wanna' hear some old Lou Waters, Pete Fountain
You just can't beat what New Orleans has
Come on bring back the jazz
And the raz-a-ma-taz
Bring it back into New Orleans
It's time we should revive
Keep New Orleans alive
King of jazz razz-ma-taz
And those jazzy tunes
Got to bring the jazz to New Orleans
