Caroline and Danny were teased as children, and they both have special needs kids that were teased. It's really tough to see your kids being teased, and the effects can last a long time, even shaping their personalities for a lifetime.

This fun, uptempo rock song talks about how your words can really hurt a person's feelings, just like it hurts them when someone says mean things to them. It also talks about how the hurt may not go away for a long time, as with a cut or scrape.
