This song was inspired by our interest in eating well and excercising, and hoping to pass it down to our children, as well as other people's children.

Song Description

This fun, energetic song, as well as teaching healthy food choices and the alphabet, engages the children since they have to shout out the alphabet. They quickly become courious about what food Caroline will shout out to the letter they have just shouted.
