Story Behind The Song

I think this really came to me while playing the banjo, which just puts me in mind of the hills of Tennessee, and the scenario began to play in my mind. Michael Jones, the singer on this, died a few weeks after doing this session, and it is probably the last session he did. He is missed and mourned by the Atlanta and Nashville recording scenes, and by all who knew him.
