Story Behind The Song
As a sufferer of chronic pain due to a neck and spinal injury, the realization hit me: you may never have a pain free moment again in your life. Then I realized this was my "thorn in the side" and its effect was to keep me close and dependent on the healing and loving grace of Jesus. This gave me all the peace and strength I needed to keep on daily with physical therapy and realizing my life now had limitations.
