Song Description
This is kind of a parody of rock songs that deal with a troubled existence. Female rock stars usually sing about heartbreak, unhappy childhood, not being able to fit in, betrayal, eating disorders, abuse and so on. I love rock music, but I just realized that I've been blessed with a peaceful existence so far, hence I'm too happy to be a rock star.

Lyrics
I'm not homeless
And I have a loving family
I'm quite healthy
And I've never lost someone tragically
I'm not ugly
And I can eat a lot without getting fat
My soulmate loves me
And he didn't cheat on me with my best friend
So how am I supposed
To write the greatest rock song?
I'm tired of digging in the past
There is no memory I trust
Of course I'm special but I'm just
Too happy for a rock star
I wanna sing it from my heart
But there's no story in the dark
Of course I'm special but I'm just
Too happy for a rock star
I'm not misunderstood
Got no addictions, no heavy blame to take
I lived a happy childhood
And I got straight A's in school, for God's sake
So what in the world am I supposed
To confess in the greatest rock song?
I'm tired of digging in the past
There is no memory I trust
Of course I'm special but I'm just
Too happy for a rock star
I wanna sing it from my heart
But there's no story in the dark
Of course I'm special but I'm just
Too happy for a rock star
I prayed to Shiva, I prayed to God
Till they gave me the sign
It's time to quit and just admit
I'm too freaking happy for a rock star
I'm tired of digging in the past
There is no memory that special
I'm special
I wanna sing it from my heart
But there's no story that special
I'm special
Too happy for a rock star
Too happy for a rock star
