Story Behind The Song
In 2002 the closest person to me ended his life. I was devastated. It took me years to come to terms with his death. Finally 13 years later I realised I had finally accepted his decision to leave and I picked up a dandelion head that had gone to seed. I blew the seeds and made wishes ................I finally let him go
Song Description
Beautiful melodic atmospheric delicate Piano instrumental for the first half. Then a verse of vocals joins the piano. A fragrant piece about letting go............You can't catch everyone was written the day that Robin williams died. My own personal loss years before fuelled the emotion. Some people choose to end their life. You can't catch them no more than you can catch a star. Human nature can be harsh and we don't always treat each other or our selves well. There is heart ake in life and in death. The journey of grief will someday bring you to a place where you can finally accept the person had to go and you can finally let them go and move on with your life

Lyrics
you can't catch everyone
no you can't catch everyone
just like you can't catch a star
people will cry
and people will lie
and people will leave you again
No
you can't catch everyone
no you can't catch everyone
some you just got to let go
let your thoughts fly
as you say good bye
put them in a dandelion clock
and blow
