Story Behind The Song
This is a song about Dyslexia and how it held me back in life. Debiliting in terms of confidence. I wrote the song as an adult when my first album a got a review in the Hot press magizeene. The quote said "I was a perceptive writer for capturing the mundane and profound with equal clarity" I read the quote over and over. I got very upset because i realise in my education i had slipped through the net and in that very moment i understood there was a separation between intellegance and the way information was expected to be regurgitated in the education system. I cried for my wasted education and then wrote this song. It is about making the best out of what you've got.
Song Description
Paino and Ebo weave in and out of poetic lyrics. The instrumentals rise up like waves and have an almost Japanese sound. An inspirational Ballad.

Lyrics
Spell
the sound of the school bell
threw up the smell
of the jaffa cake cupboard
struck a chord
that rocked me sore
to days id rather forget
bridge
the only thing i ever learnt was how to spell rhododendron
and there was a whore in Macbeth
chorus
Im burrying my fear in the garden
beside my mothers cure for warts
its time to stop blaming the system
and make the most of what I've got
your only as big as your smallest fear
don't let the past hold your future
He said let yourself be beautiful
don't let you hold you down
but my scars are itching like exzema
and thickness grows like a rash
bridge
The only thing i ever learnt....
chorus
I'm burying my fear in the garden ....
feeling a little sore i picked myself up
dusted my self down and started again x2
