Classical pianist Stephen Kopp, an Award Winner in Classical Piano received National Recognition as a talented teen artist among top 5% of Artistic talent nationwide according to NFAA , ARTS Awards program 2004. Stephen is also a 2nd prize winner of the 6th biennial Pinault International Piano Competition . With only a few years of formal studies,Stephen began performing at age 14 and had his New York City debut at Steinway Hall on January 16 2001 at age 15. Stephen is currently a piano major at Mannes college of music and studies with Thomas Sauer and Blanca Uribe, who are both artists of international distinction .
